Commure is looking for a senior level SaaS Platform Sales Executive to join our Team and take us to the next level. You will help grow Commure’s position in automated patient engagement and will be selling to health systems.
Reporting into our VP of Sales, you will be part of a dynamic sales team that works with our Business Development, Marketing, and Finance groups to drive sales growth across the Commure SaaS platform.
To excel in this role you should be an active listener, compelling sales personality, and have a hunger to chase new business - you'll be viewed as a key member of our Sales organization.
Demonstrate the value of the Commure product in prospect meetings, sales calls and product demos
Actively initiate, manage and close new sales leads and business opportunities
Carry and exceed a sales quota
Strategize with other top-producing sales reps and leadership
Efficiently manage long-term relationships with your customers
Empathize with prospects, understand and help them overcome their pain points
Maintain an accurate sales forecast on a weekly/monthly/annual basis and manage your personal sales pipeline
Leverage CRM tools and sales automation
Fully participate in sales meetings, events, and conferences
Master use of Commure’s demo applications, PPT presentations, and effectively leverage messaging and social media tools for branding
Utilize Slack, Box, Teams, Salesforce, and other shared remote office communication tools
Master understanding of the Commure Platform, Digital Formulary, and Digital Care Pathways and the capabilities and functionality as a “Front Door” to digital healthcare
Gain a full understanding of Commure’s competitors and our features and benefits in order to provide clear differentiation to our customers
7-8+ years in Marketing, Sales, and revenue-generating experience
5+ years in a closing role
Experience with the full life cycle of the sales process
Experience in Enterprise SaaS and Healthcare/HealthTech sectors
Demonstrated leadership and management skills with excellent analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal, written, critical thinking, and verbal presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and requests
Possess a passion to learn, commitment to digital health with purposeful vision
Ability to work teams virtually
Ability to travel, up to 25%
The salary range that Commure reasonably expects to pay for this position is $135,000 - $150,000 + commission. Actual salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications.
