Support and assist the Fine Art Handling Team in receiving and releasing artworks

and maintaining a precise inventory record, updating locations and movement of

artwork within our facilities

● Support and assist the Manager in the accurate input of data and artwork records

and create labels to be applied to each asset

● Provide support to the Fine Art Handling Team in conducting artwork condition

checks and creating condition reports when required uploading photography and

reports into our inventory records

● To work together and collaborate with Fine Art Handlers and Manager with

performing regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy

● To assist the Manager with identifying and resolving discrepancies between

inventory records and physical counts

● To support and assist the Fine Art Handling Teams to liaise with clients and

stakeholders during Art Fairs and Art Exhibitions when required

● To support the Project Management and Fine Art Handling Team with administrative

tasks when required
