About the Role: As a LATAM Change Consultant, you will leverage your background in the deployment of our new payroll system and or process deployments and change management to drive successful adoption across the Latin America (LATAM) region. This role requires deep knowledge of payroll processes, efficiency improvements, and provider transitions, along with the ability to solve complex problems.

What You’ll Do:

  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives related to payroll system implementations and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR teams and other stakeholders to understand their needs, build consensus, and ensure that payroll change initiatives are aligned with organizational goals.

  • Impact Assessment and Reporting: Monitor and assess the impact of payroll changes, providing data-driven recommendations and maintaining comprehensive documentation and reports.

  • Guideline Adherence: Work within broad organizational guidelines and policies, adapting change management strategies as necessary to fit within these parameters.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience and Expertise: Proficient experience in payroll system and proceses through the lens of and change management support, with a proven track record driving successful employee enablement outcomes.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to evaluate the impact of payroll changes and make data-driven recommendations.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to build consensus and work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Adaptability: Ability to operate within broad guidelines and policies, with a flexible approach to adapting change management strategies.

  • Prosci Methodology (Preferred): While not mandatory, certification in Prosci (or similar change management methodologies) is highly valued. Familiarity with methodologies used by top global companies will be an advantage.

  • Previous experience working in fast-paced environments where change management and transformation initiatives have been central to your role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluent English is required.

  • Works in the LATAM region.

  • Knowledge of specific payroll systems or platforms relevant to the LATAM market.

  • Working toward or already holding a Change Management accreditation.
