Sales Enablement Manager

We are seeking a passionate Sales Enablement Manager responsible for enhancing sales performance by providing the necessary training, content, processes, and tools to support salespeople throughout the buyer’s journey. In this role, you will execute and refine our go-to-market enablement strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and sales results.
Your role in our mission
Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new sellers, ensuring rapid value delivery through a tailored and culturally sensitive program.
Training & Coaching: Equip managers and sellers with the skills to articulate our value, focusing on reinforcing sales methodology and coaching programs.
Product Enablement: Collaborate with product teams to align product content with sales strategies, ensuring salespeople can effectively position solutions to buyers.
Sales Plays: Support the adoption of digital sales plays that drive opportunities and enhance the sales process.
Tool Training & Adoption: Maximize the usage of sales enablement tools (e.g., SFDC, Clari, People.ai) to increase productivity and efficiency across sales teams.
Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of ongoing improvement through data-driven strategies, enhancing performance and productivity.
Valued skills and experience
Numerous years in Sales, Commercial, or Customer Success Enablement roles, preferably in tech or professional services.
Strong communication, presentation, project management, and problem-solving skills; proven ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
Comfortable using data to analyze outcomes and make informed decisions to enhance enablement strategies.
Understanding of sales methodologies and value-based selling, with the ability to train field-based sales teams.
Experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with a track record of driving change management.
A solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools eg Salesforce
Fluent English and at least 1 other European language.
