Ensure the integrity of the customer master data records/account information. This includes making all changes to the master data according to the sourcing data, oversee the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of customer master data in various systems, ensuring a single, comprehensive view of customer information, providing prompt and professional customer data support.
Your role in our mission
Restore contracts with clients responsible for 80% of revenue in DACH countries (420 clients), validate key master data (reconcile and clean types of services and their rates in the IM systems (SF, Ops systems and Oracle) with clients' legal documents).
Locate physical or scanned copies of the valid contracts; in the case of absence either contact clients for their copies (searching for clients contact details also could take an effort) or initiate a signature of a new document with the client.
Systems clean up: (i) ensuring that customer information settings are correct across the various system; ii) set a history of previous price increases.
Scan restored contracts to create a repository and database.
Collecting customer critical master data (42 items of customer metadata, i.e. indexation clause, contract duration, SLA etc.) Identification of historical, non standard for IM requirements in the contracts.
Clean and reconcile clients Hierarchies across SalesForce, Ops systems and Oracle in line with Lightspeed recommendations.
Eliminate many duplicated or obsolete accounts across the systems.
Develop solutions and procedures to avoid master data mistakes in the business as usual mode.
Supervise a group of 3-5 master data specialists working on documents restoration and data clean up.
Oversee the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of customer master data in various systems, ensuring a single, comprehensive view of customer information.
Analyse data integrity for the defined systems and identify problem areas, conduct audits and reviews of customer data to identify and rectify inaccuracies.
Provide expert solutions to intricate business problems, requiring a deep understanding of organisational objectives and data intricacies.
Conduct research to determine the best course of action to correct the data, interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings.
Engage with key stakeholders across various levels of the organisation to design and implementation of data quality initiatives.
Set up and analyse reports of data errors to provide ongoing appropriate inter-departmental communication.
Provide support and expertise on customer data-related matters, acting as a liaison between data management and other business functions.
Valued skills and experience
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
Good written and oral communication skills – English.
Good written and oral communication skills – German.
Quickly and positively adapts to change.
Understanding of data quality principles and best practices.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Proactive, solution-oriented, demonstrates ownership, accountability.
Sound experience in a customer services environment or administrative background or analytical work environment.
Team management skills.
Project participation experience.
Minimum of 2 years related functional customer master data experience.
2+ years of experience in data platform architecture, data engineering, cloud technologies, master data management and modern data practices.
