About the position...

The Solution Developer will design and implement technical solutions in an agile framework, focusing on front-end and back-end applications in cloud environments. The role emphasizes optimizing performance, scalability, and user experience for complex web applications.

YOU'LL GET TO...

 Lead the design, architecture, and development of full-stack web applications for new and existing Iron Mountain customer implementations.

 Actively participate in high-level technical design and architecture.

 Engage in design and solution discussions with Iron Mountain partner vendors.

 Collaborate with various Insight platforms and Iron Mountain teams to implement complex solutions, defining project requirements and deliverables.

 Work with the domain leadership team on current features and future roadmap items.

 Develop, test, and deploy code efficiently, ensuring it is clean, well-documented, and effective.

 Analyze and resolve technical issues, escalating to senior management when necessary.

 Oversee the timely and effective implementation and deployment of solutions across development, QA, and production environments.

 Ensure high performance and quality of deliverables, working with Quality Assurance for validation.

 Identify and address project issues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and encouraging the adoption of new tools and methodologies.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE...

 Extensive experience with the following technologies and tools:

• Languages/Technologies: AngularJS, RxJS, Angular Framework, ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot.

• Workflow Tools: Airflow, Conductor, Argo Workflows.

• Code Repositories: GitLab, Git, Bitbucket.

• API Integration: RESTful services.

• Databases: SQL and NoSQL (Oracle, MongoDB, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL).

• Message Bus: Kafka.

• Cloud Technologies: AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes.

 Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, serverless architectures, machine learning, and AI techniques.

 Proficiency with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies.

 Excellent communication and teamwork skills with keen attention to detail.

 Bachelor’s degree in BE, BTech, or MCA from an accredited university.
