Iron Mountain is looking for experienced sales professionals to join our inside sales team!
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for initiating, maintaining and growing relationships with prospective inbound and/or existing Iron Mountain customers while conducting various sales activities to establish and/or grow their accounts with Iron Mountain. Success in this role is measured by hitting/exceeding monthly sales quotas and consistently staying ahead of activity metrics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospect within a book of business to find opportunities to grow existing accounts with Iron Mountain or manage inbound sales phone calls and web inquiries for customers in North America
Sell, cross-sell, and sell whole solution vs. one service
Understand economic, financial, market, and industry trends to drive profitable growth
Demonstrate understanding of key industry trends and conditions
Explore alternatives and positions to support and satisfy all parties
Understand and influence a wide range of customer stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High school diploma, 4-year college degree preferred
Experience: 2+ years in sales
A driven self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Achieves or exceeds performance and/or sales metrics and targets
Manage sales pipeline effectively and accurately
Solution-based and business-to-business sales experience preferred
Technology sales a preferred
Record of success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas and departmental metrics
Exhibits strong time management skills
Proficiency with CRM and sales management tools, preferred
