Title: Senior Sales Strategy & Analytics Lead

Location: United Kingdom (remote)

Job summary

The Senior Sales Strategy & Analytics Lead is a global role working with field and product marketing leads to provide market potential opportunity to inform GTM planning, sales territory and coverage, account prioritization, campaigns and sales plays.

Your role in our mission:

  • Provide program leadership as you co lead with product marketing and field marketing market

  • Drive customer segmentation and customer intelligence (white-spacing, propensity to buy, next best action).

  • Work closely with local regional teams to test and validate model and data while ensuring adoption and utilization.

  • Drive intelligence and insight around market buying trends and preferences of customers.

  • Optimize the enterprise customer journey and collaborate with the field, product, and marketing to continuously monitor and improve how we sell

  • Partner with Product Business Units and Marketing on effective sales plays, use cases, and demand generation strategies

  • Build and own the long-term field roadmap to meet the requirements of competition, customer expectations and value realization – balanced against efficient execution. Additionally, continuously measure and innovate around the sales/field engine.

  • Drive coverage strategies to optimize for market expansion

  • Inspire change management, enablement and quality assurance in the field.

  • Drive overall thought leadership for sales capabilities requirements to meet market needs and customer expectations for effective selling.

  • Develop and execute executive level communications to educate and influence key partners and stakeholders.

  • Work cross-functionally to drive the prioritization and execution of strategic views

Valued skills and experience:

  • Experience in a similar role would be valuable

  • Charismatic leader with strong executive presence; able to work well cross-functionally and cross-culturally and influence a broad range of internal and external audiences.

  • Work experience that includes strategy, operations, data analysis, communication of analytical results to executive partners and operational reporting.

  • Deep familiarity with TAM/SAM/SOM, propensity to buy and white space analysis

  • Experience with firmographic vendors and data attributes
