JOB PROFILE

The Implementation Executive is responsible for implementing and ensuring the maintenance of project management standards adopted by the Digital Solutions area. Help project managers so that projects are completed on time and within expected costs. They are also responsible for structuring reports on portfolios and projects; transfer of progress; portfolio-level schedule management, resources, and portfolio risks; development of process improvements; determining metrics, distributing information and facilitating communication between teams and sharing resources and responsible for developing and implementing methodologies.

Key accountabilities

  • Define project methodologies incorporating best market practices with Iron Mountain's internal needs;

  • Develop management dashboards and executive panels providing project visibility at portfolio level;

  • Develop templates to assist project management:

  • Creation of timelines and tracking tables using Smartsheet.

  • Internal and client presentations, as well as the development of Status Reports using Google Slides.

  • Development of control spreadsheets and reports using Google Sheets.

  • Communications development through Google Mail, Google Docs and others.

  • Development of management and executive dashboards and panels using Looker Studio.

  • Create training materials - presentations, videos, tutorials and others;

  • Provide training remotely and in person;

  • Develop KPIs to monitor projects and ensure the quality of deliveries;

  • Coordinate working groups to carry out assessment and subsequently define new work procedures.

  • Supports and promotes Iron Mountain core values.

Knowledge, skills & education

  • Requires 5+ years of project management experience in a matrix and multi-project environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.

  • Active PMP Certification or equivalent.

  • Knowledge in data analysis, ability to transform data into relevant knowledge and insights.

  • Knowledge on technologies and associated methodologies (SDLC).

  • Experience with information management (DMS, ECM, Workflow Automation, BPM, A/P, Intelligent Document Processing, etc.).

  • Experience within the outsourcing, SaaS, or hosted solutions industry is a plus.

  • Must have clear, executive level, excellent written and verbal communications skills – well targeted based on the level of audience within and outside the organization.

  • Good level of empathy and active listening.

  • Ability to manage conflicts.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize issues in a complex environment.

  • Excellent customer service.

  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.

  • Must have demonstrated ability for independent decision making, supporting large customer groups, and managing highly visible projects.

  • Must be able to deliver work efficiently through formal and informal channels and display broad understanding of business practices and policies.

  • Able to understand basic concepts of a P&L and track it versus the planned business case.

Special requirements

Virtual/Remote/Office work environment.

National and International travels as required (25 of time).
