Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Active Directory Support Administrator who is responsible for providing in-depth technical support and guidance to users and other support teams on all Active Directory-related issues. This administrator will work closely with the Active Directory team to ensure the security, functionality, and compliance of all Active Directory systems and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users and other support teams on Active Directory-related issues

  • Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot the security of the entire Active Directory Enterprise environment.

  • Responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Iron Mountain: Active Directory environments and services including Active Roles for AD object management.

  • Understanding of AD Attributes, LDAP Queries, PowerShell Scripting to Modify AD Attributes, Group Policy Analysis, GPO Configuration & Item-Level Targeting

  • Manage Active Directory permissions and access control

  • Implement and maintain Active Directory security policies

  • Monitor Active Directory performance and availability

  • Perform regular Active Directory backups and restores

  • Manage Active Directory replication across multiple trusted domains

  • Management of all system OS upgrades, application updates and security/cumulative patch compliance

  • Provide technical training to users and other support teams on Active Directory

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Active Directory administration

  • Strong understanding of Active Directory security, functionality, and compliance

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
