Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead HR case management utilizing Servicenow, delivering unparalleled service standards

  • Develop and build effective stakeholder relationships

  • Strategic and trusted partner of senior leaders to achieve business goals.

  • Collaborate with the HR Shared Service Centre, EMEA HR Business Partners, along with the centres of excellent teams including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and Talent Development. Execute annual Centre of Excellence (CoE) cycles, including merit/bonus reviews, talent management initiatives (such as career conversations and talent calibration), and employee surveys.

  • Lead Execution of orientation/on boarding activities per Talent CoE strategy.

  • Manage organisational restructure & change programmes as appropriate

  • Design & deliver enablement sessions to Managers on key HR programmes & policies

  • Provide expert guidance to people managers on various processes including promotions, salary administration, and out-of-cycle merit increases.

  • People manager training in processes and/or soft skills either directly, or via train the trainer sessions

  • Strategically align and oversee regional and local recognition strategies with global recognition programs.

  • Compile and present reports, offering insightful analysis to inform strategic decision making.

Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:

  • High education level in Labour Law and Business Administration field.

  • 5+ years of experience in HR as Labour Legal Advisor/Specialist.

  • 5+ years progressive experience in HR required with demonstrated required functional knowledge

  • & expertise

  • 2+ years working in a regional shared services organization a plus

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in labour regulations, with a specialisation in M&A and TUPE

  • processes.

  • Strong Systems aptitude (Workday, Servicenow)

  • Proven track record of proactively managing customer relationships and driving continuous

  • performance improvement initiatives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.

  • Exceptional conflict resolution abilities, enabling effective management of challenging situations.

  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, making sound decisions under
