We propose the creation of a dedicated Sales Support Specialist position to alleviate the burden on our sales team. The primary responsibilities of this role would include:

Internal Coordination Processing : Streamlining our internal coordination process, ensuring timely responses, and managing any internal-related issues.

Customer Communication: Handling routine inquiries, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Administrative Support: Providing administrative assistance to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and report generation.

Lead Qualification: Conducting initial lead qualification to ensure that the sales team focuses on high-potential opportunities.
