The successful candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They must be able to always conduct themselves in a professional and mature manner and adhere to Iron Mountain core values. Full support and training are provided to assist in the multi skilled role.

Reporting to the Data Centre Supervisor the role involves providing an accurate and efficient quality service to the Client, Contractors, and Engineers. This role will require the individual to be adaptable and have a ‘can do’ approach to a multifunctional skilled role within the Records Management Service in the following departments:-

Registry/Print Room:-

  • Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team and be capable of performing the following tasks:-

  • Customer requests.

  • Indexing in to CIMAGE Database

  • Scanning of drawings, QC check of microfilm and CAD file image.

  • Numerous QC checks

  • Good numeracy skills

  • Excellent Customer Service skills

  • Service Centre Team / Scanning

Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team and be capable of performing the following tasks:-

  • Booking in records into appropriate Database

  • Indexing records in to CIMAGE

  • Accurate and consistent data entry on to CIMAGE

  • Receipt of records with conditions of acceptance

  • Retrieval of archive boxes as per customer requests

  • Handling boxes to various areas

  • Dealing with New customers

  • Research and retrievals as per customer requests.

  • Various driving tasks in and around the clients’ sites if needed (Must have a clean driving licence

  • Preparation of records.

  • Scanning of records into Iris Power scan software

  • Complete Quality Checking of records

  • Check and run reports in preparation for archiving.

  • 5% or less deviations per month are expected.
