We offer customized kitchen infrastructure and real estate solutions for ambitious food operators across Europe, from dark kitchens to central production units, to real estate acquisitions and sale & leaseback financing

We're building the infrastructure for better food in every major world city, and France is one of the fastest-growing markets for us.

As our Enterprise SDR, your job is to open doors and build qualified pipeline with large food groups, contract caterers, and high-growth multi-site operators. You will act as the first point of contact for strategic accounts and work hand-in-hand with our Enterprise Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 🔎 Identify and qualify enterprise accounts with significant expansion plans or production challenges (30+ sites, national footprint, industrial needs)
  • 🗺️ Map key decision-makers within target accounts (Ops, Expansion, Real Estate, Finance, C-Level)
  • 📞 Design and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, phone, and LinkedIn (no mass outreach)
  • 🤝 Engage with prospects across France through calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • 📊 Understand business priorities and demonstrate how Cooklane can unlock value (delivery kitchens, central kitchens, real estate financing)
  • 📅 Book qualified meetings and initiate structured sales cycles with Account Executives
  • 🧠 Enrich and maintain CRM data to ensure clear pipeline visibility and actionable insights
  • 📘 Contribute to our Enterprise prospecting playbook

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 2-3 years in a lead generation, SDR or BDR role, ideally in enterprise sales environments
    • Prior exposure to complex accounts in foodservice, real estate, or B2B SaaS is a strong plus
  • Education: Master’s degree in Business Management, or a related field
  • Language: Native-level French and fluent English are required
  • Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of the restaurant and hospitality sector, its operational models, and the key constraints faced by regional and national players
  • Communication: Strong consultative selling abilities: intellectually curious, confident in navigating high-level conversations, and able to drive meetings to clear outcomes
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive and creative in identifying business opportunities ; Data-driven and always looking to iterate and improve outbound approaches
  • Collaboration & ownership: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams ; Takes full ownership of their pipeline and continuously works to improve conversion
