Job Overview:

This role will be essential in supporting our financial operations, ensuring accurate and efficient month-end closings, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and execute the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
• Perform account reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain and enhance accounting processes to drive operational efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of accounting policies and procedures.
• Work in a highly dynamic and fast-moving environment, adapting to evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Solid experience in accounting and financial closing processes.
• Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, compliance, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with accounting closing procedures

• Knowledge of ERP systems and financial software.
