What you’ll do:

  • Triage & dispatch of non-self touring inbound leads to AEs, based on dispatch matrix, including potential filtering through call if required in limited cases
  • Market research and qualitative identification of key outbound targets for AEs, especially for large SMBs, CPU opportunities and Enterprise clients
  • Design of Sales & Marketing assets for AEs, including support for local execution of marketing campaigns, if required
  • Provide support and coordination in the completion of RFPs, RFIs and high-value proposals
  • Supports Sales Operations Manager in the design and implementation of new commercial strategies, key initiatives and projects
  • Support implementation of new sales processes to increase commercial teams performance, efficiency and collaboration with other teams (eg. Ops)
  • Leads CRM hygiene maintenance and ensure adherence to new processes, in collaboration with local and central sales management, providing them with feedback to assist with continuous improvement

What we’re looking for

  • 1+ years experience within a sales operations analyst role
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline (marketing, sales, finance, economics)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work productively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization on a global scale
  • Ability to work across team boundaries and communicate effectively
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM (Hubspot)
  • Experience with GoogleSheets and formulas
  • Experience in creating dashboards and report funnels for the sales team
