What you’ll do

The Logistics Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in scaling our central driver/courier operations function for our Delivery Hubs vertical. You will be responsible with coordinating with internal teams and third party service providers as we launch in new markets and implement processes for scale.

• Provide operational support for driver operations, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery service
• Assist in the launch of new office/market locations, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics and data analysis to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Implement processes and actionable solutions related to schedule management, route planning, and more

What we’re looking for

• 3-5 years of experience in operations with some experience in logistics, supply chain, courier operations, fleet management, or similar function.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with external partners.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
