At City Storage Systems, we're building Infrastructure for Better Food. We help restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery. Our goal is to make food more affordable, higher quality and convenient for everyone. We're changing the game for restaurateurs, whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.

What you’ll do

• Verify the proper approval and accuracy of vendor invoices and confirm the correct general ledger account is used.
• Compare invoices to purchase orders (when applicable) to ensure a 3-way match occurs.
• Manual entry of invoices into ERP for all assigned facilities.
• Assist internal and external customers with inquiries regarding the processing of invoices and payment applications.
• Work with third platforms to ensure proper integration of invoices.

What we’re looking for

• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Suite and G Suite Applications.
• Organizational skills.
• Clear communication skills.
• Experience using Workday Financials (preferred).
