People Analyst Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Analyst Lead to join our team and drive our people analytics initiatives forward.

Position Summary: We are looking for a world class People Analyst Lead with a strong background in statistical analysis, information design, data product management and consulting to support our People team and the business leaders in making data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate has a deep passion for information design and communicating clearly, with a blend of deep technical expertise and consultative skills. They will be responsible for delivering information, analysis and insights at scale to those who need it to make high impact people-related decisions. Strong communication skills are a must as this role will engage with executives and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute people analytics projects from inception to completion with directional guidance

- Problem solve autonomously and work cross-functionally to understand business needs and translate into delivery of products and insights aligned with customer needs, wants, and expectations

- Design, create, and build systems to maintain people data products, data visualizations and insights to empower key stakeholders to solve critical business problems through their people

- Develop and implement ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity

- Apply advanced statistical methods to uncover trends, patterns, and insights

- Apply qualitative methods to supplement quantitative insights in service of developing actionable clarity around insights

- Present recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making

- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in people analytics and incorporate them into our practices

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in quantitatively-based social science field (e.g., Economics, Psychology) or Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

- A graduate degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a relevant field is preferred

- 7-10+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field

- 5-7+ years of domain experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or a related area

- Proficiency in statistical coding languages and tools (SQL, R, Python, Looker, Tableau, Gsheets).

- Proficiency with ETL processes and data management

- Deep expertise in data visualization tools and techniques, with a deep understanding of information design principles

- In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and their application in business contexts

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
