What you’ll do

  • Provides day to day support for workday integration including researching, identifying, and resolving complete workday integration issues
  • Lead design and architecture of workday integration that involve multiple systems and data sources
  • Develop implement new products, processes, standards or operational plans that have impact on functional results
  • Optimize performance of integrations to handle large datasets and efficient data processing
  • Build workday integration solutions using EIBs, XSLT, core connectors, cloud connect and workday studio
  • Develop complex data mapping and transformation tasks to ensure seamless data flow, addresses challenges connected to data structure, format, and synchronization

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Workday Integrations Analyst with a focus on HR systems..
  • Experience with other Workday core products, including HCM, benefits, and payroll, is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Workday's integration technologies, including Workday Studio, EIBs, and Cloud Connect.
  • Proficiency in web services, XML, XSLT, and other integration technologies.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
