What you’ll do
- Review Mechanical Startup, System Design Verification (SDV), & Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) reports generated by 3rd party contractors.
- Conduct internal Engineering Systems Verification (ESV) at each new facility where you will confirm proper functionality & installation of the major MEPS systems.
- Develop corrective action plans for deviations and issues, which may include coordination with the construction manager, facility manager, TAB agency, or with equipment vendors for warranty & maintenance issues.
- Maintain & operate Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure thermal comfort in our facilities & remotely diagnose issues.
- Provide remote troubleshooting support to onsite Operations team members, Facility Managers, and 3rd party mechanical contractors / service providers.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of relevant technical experience.
- HVAC and/or Refrigeration certifications.
- Strong MEP engineering experience for an HVAC servicing company or large commercial / hospitality entity.
- Experience working with corporate products such as Slack, Microsoft Suite, Zoom, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
