About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition to lead clinical recruitment and Employer Brand. This leader will play a key role in developing and executing proactive talent acquisition strategies to fulfill the clinical staffing needs while owning an employer brand that attracts and retains top talent while expanding Cityblock’s market presence.

Responsibilities:

This is a collaborative role that will work cross-functionally with Cityblock Health leadership as a key business partner and trusted advisor. This role will also partner closely across the People, Finance, Legal and Compliance teams to understand business issues and collectively develop and implement effective strategies and solutions:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, focusing on clinical recruitment to meet hiring demand in a timely manner.

  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and management of vendor partnerships ensuring the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective staffing solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand clinical staffing requirements, workforce planning, and technology needs to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for clinical recruitment and vendor management, providing regular reports and insights to drive continuous improvement.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related field, preferably within the healthcare industry.

  • Strong understanding of employer branding best practices and trends.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels - Experience managing employer branding campaigns and budgets.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Build and lead a high-performing talent acquisition team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive successful clinical recruitment initiatives and vendor management processes while growing our team and developing future leaders.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy to attract and retain top talent in the healthcare industry.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of employer branding initiatives with overall business objectives.

  • Lead employer brand campaigns across multiple business lines and channels, including social media, career fairs, and industry events.

  • Manage employer brand budget and resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Monitor and analyze employer brand metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

  • Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate for our company culture and values both internally and externally.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Bachelors or Equivalent Work Experience

  • 10 years experience working in Talent Acquisition in a healthcare environment required.

  • 5 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related field, preferably within the healthcare industry.

  • Experience using Workday, MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel) and Google Suite

  • Strong data analytics with experience leveraging trends to forecast hiring demands in specific geographic regions or departments.

We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location. The expected salary range for this position is:

$150,000 – $195,000
