About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Program Manager to help optimize Cityblock’s vendor landscape and bring our technical capabilities into greater harmony with our business needs. Our work focuses on setting up our central and member-facing teams with the right tools to improve member care. You will join the Product Operations team that works closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Clinical, Operations, and Growth to create a meaningful and tailored care journey that meets our members’ health needs.
Responsibilities:
Develops, leads, and executes end-to-end cross-cutting, technical programs that optimize Cityblock’s vendor landscape and help grow our membership and impact
Manages and optimizes relationships with vendors and other service providers
Converts cross-functional stakeholders into enthusiastic supporters of shared technical program goals - stakeholders include but are not limited to Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, and Growth
Serves as technical liaison to product managers on cross-system solutions/products
Communicates program details to stakeholders ranging from technical to non-technical and across different levels of leadership to ensure prompt delivery
Develops metrics to track progress and inform program improvements
Uncovers risks and dependencies, effectively communicates the associated business impact to relevant leadership, and proactively finds paths to mitigate
Navigates the nuanced technical details of a problem space to ensure program success
Identifies connection points and pieces together components from different sources into cohesive technical solutions
Requirements for the Role:
Bachelor's Degree; 4+ years of experience in product, engineering, EHR configuration or technical integrations - bonus if you’re versed in Athenahealth EHR
You’re obsessed with how the right mix of vendors can enable our business goals
You build strong relationships with your collaborators, get them excited about your ideas and work alongside them to bring those ideas to life
You’re a skilled communicator that understands how to convey technical details to different audiences
You’re able to see several steps ahead; you proactively identify and parse out technical risks, chart a mitigation path, and surface to the right stakeholders for decision-making to ensure prompt program delivery
You’re able to make sense of a traffic jam of ideas and organize them into unified solutions or incorporate them into existing solutions
You see the 10,000 foot view of the problem and also love to dive into the details in order to uncover the most impactful and efficient path forward
You bring a strong sense of ownership to your work
You’re organized and able to advance multiple simultaneous initiatives in different problem areas
You’re passionate about healthcare and how to provide better support to marginalized communities
You’re a team player - you welcome feedback and feel comfortable asking for help
We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location. The expected salary range for this position is:
$150,000 to $157,000
