A keyholder at CARBON38 is an active, driven, multi-tasking individual who has a true passion for our

products and creating an exceptional customer experience. The Key Holders main responsibility will be

to drive sales through outstanding clienteling, having a vast understanding of product knowledge,

following store merchandising standards, register functions, store cleanliness, and other related duties.

They are authentic, engaging people-focused team members who are true brand ambassadors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members

● Create a personalized and positive experience for every customer, regardless of what they are

spending

● Schedule and honor client appointments and follow up with personalized thank you outreach ie:

email, texts, hard written letter

● Set up and execute client appointments, follow up with clients, train team on hospitable

clientele practices

● Product knowledge focus

● Perform opening and closing procedures ( opening POS, closing deposits, shift management, etc)

in accordance with company policies

● Provide direction and give feedback to store management regarding staff performance

● Create and maintain the highest level of visual merchandising to support visual leader

● Maintain our high standards of cleanliness and organization

● Assist in flow of merchandise from stock areas to the selling floor in a timely and organized

manner

● Comply with CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of our staff and customers

QUALIFICATIONS

● Minimum of 2+ years previous retail experience

● Proven track record of strong sales generation

● Clientele background is strongly preferred

● Previous active apparel and footwear experience is a plus

● Commitment to teamwork

● Strong communicator and strong listening skills

● Take ownership of your store with a entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive results

● Adaptable, solution oriented and sees challenges as opportunities to improve

● Available to work 30 hours minimum per week with flexibility ( weekends + holidays are must)
