Skills and Competencies
- Strong ability to interpret, analyse, and validate complex ownership and entity relationship data
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and quality control
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond clearly to client enquiries
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement and operational efficiency
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of SQL, Databricks, Python, or Power BI is considered an asset
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Professional fluency in Polish, Turkish, or Arabic is a plus
- Interest in emerging technologies and willingness to learn how AI-enabled tools can enhance data quality, research capabilities, and operational efficiency
Education
- Bachelor's degree (Bachelor Universitaire/Hogeschool) or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Equivalent experience and qualifications will also be considered

Responsibilities
This role is responsible for managing, enriching, and validating relationship data to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of information delivered to internal and external clients.
- Maintain and enhance relationship data within Moody's relationship data platform using automated feeds, validation workflows, AI-assisted tools, and expert data analysis
- Operate control mechanisms and matching processes to ensure data quality and integrity
- Respond to client requests and enquiries, providing timely, clear, and effective data support
- Support internal and external clients in accessing, understanding, and using relationship and entity data
- Deliver weekly updates on relationships, legal entities, and complex corporate relationship structures
- Continuously review and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency, speed, and accuracy of data updates
- Contribute to the expansion of existing data offerings by researching new data sources and supporting the integration of additional data elements
- Produce and maintain high-quality documentation, including internal procedures, data definitions, methodologies, and FAQs
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve data management processes and operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to support broader data and client service objectives

Working at the intersection of data, research, client support, and technology, the team plays a critical role in ensuring transparency, accuracy, and trust in complex relationship structures. Through a combination of expert analysis, data-driven processes, and AI-enabled tools, the team continuously improves data coverage, quality, and operational efficiency.
