The Student Retention Specialist is responsible for engaging and supporting students who are at risk of not enrolling or who have dropped out of the program. This role focuses on proactive outreach, personalized support, and the implementation of strategies to ensure students are successfully onboarded and remain in or return to their academic progra

ms.

  • ling.Follow up with students after the initial onboarding phase to ensure they are settling in well and have the support they
