Position Overview

Campus is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Human Resources Operations team. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a key role in building out our team as we scale.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with team leads to develop job descriptions and job posts.
  • Source, screen, interview and assist with onboarding of qualified candidates to fulfill roles in multiple departments internally
  • Utilize multiple avenues to find the best talent including but not limited to job boards, social media, hiring events, networking, etc.
  • Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
  • Negotiation of wage rates and conditions of employment
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into Campus

About you

You’ll fit right in if you have:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in internal or agency recruitment
  • Experience recruiting and hiring across a variety of skill sets (engineering, marketing, business associates, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, employee engagement and performance management processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing startup environment

Location: New York | Hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
