Position Overview

Campus is currently seeking an Admission Team Lead to help with overseeing our admission team. The Admission Team Lead will report to the Senior Director of Admission and is responsible for overseeing a team of admission counselors. The Admission Team Lead will be responsible for evaluating performance against established KPI goals and will assist the admission team with coaching, mentoring, and training staff. This is a remote position.

What you’ll do

  • Facilitate one-on-one coaching sessions with each of your admission counselors on a weekly basis.
  • Coach your team members on best practices in helping them support their students through the admission funnel from prospect to enroll; this will consist of weekly lifecycle reviews and listening to phone calls.
  • Lead weekly team meetings with your team to allow for collaboration, brainstorming, and focusing on core business needs.
  • Drive for results with your team by achieving your key performance indicators such as new starts, conversions, and melt.
  • Oversee your team’s day to day operations such as phone calls, emails sent, and text messages sent on a daily basis.
  • Utilize data and resources to perform analysis on areas of the business needing improvement and coach your team accordingly.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders throughout the organization including the leadership team to ensure you are aligned on weekly updates and Campus initiatives.

About you

You’ll fit right in if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service environment or higher educational sales
  • 1+ years leadership experience
  • Experience using various reporting tools such as Salesforce
