As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will play an essential role within a fast-paced environment, expected to deliver on high-expectations focused on reaching out to candidates, scheduling interviews, posting roles, managing pipelines, and other work that supports the candidate throughout the interview and onboarding process.
The perfect candidate is a highly organized self-starter who has a knack for managing calendars and coordinating recruitment processes. If you have a background in recruiting and general office coordination, this may be the role for you. Great opportunity to grow within a role at BuildZoom!
Starting salary $45,000 based on knowledge and experience

Responsibilities:

  • Source qualified applicants through multiple platforms and maintain compliance and ethical standards throughout the recruiting process
  • Prescreen candidates by verifying their qualifications and experience
  • Manage applicant tracking systems to ensure timely and accurate information regarding candidate status
  • Provide updates on staffing progress to hiring managers
  • Work closely with candidates to coordinate and schedule interviews and ensure candidates have a positive and high touch experience
  • Other ad hoc duties to support reporting and building interview guides
  • Support the candidate through the onboarding process
  • Provide ongoing feedback of candidate process and develop creative solutions to improve candidate experience

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • One or more years of recruiting, sourcing, or administrative experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to adapt with changing needs of the business
  • Must be a quick learner with a knack for finding creative solutions
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the scheduling process
  • Positive attitude with a passion for supporting business needs
  • Strong ambitions to grow within the role

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with LeverTRM
  • Proficiency in recruiting platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn a plus
