Growth and Strategy @ Fruitful

At Fruitful, we believe Growth is inextricably connected to our core strategy. Our distinct approach to a stale category provides a big competitive advantage and a strong foundation from which to grow ambitiously. We’re looking for a creative, data-focused, and experienced Director of Growth Marketing to lead acquisition and retention strategy across all digital channels. You’ll thoughtfully build a high functioning, multi-layered consumer funnel and clear, compelling brand footprint. You’ll work directly with our Head of Strategy, Product / Engineering, and our CEO.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Lead scaling of Fruitful’s member base through strategic ownership and data-driven hypotheses, testing, and optimizations across digital channels
  • Manage acquisition and retention tactics across paid and organic social, paid search, SEM, email, affiliate, and creative partnerships.
  • Own end-to-end execution of campaigns, including implementation, optimization, reporting, and analysis
  • Integrally contribute to overall strategic direction of Fruitful
  • Monitor KPIs and reporting to effectively communicate performance and analyses to the broader team and leadership, optimizing constantly
  • Serve as the main cross-functional stakeholder for digital marketing channels, sharing learnings and insights as well as creating opportunities for owned channels
  • Identify and evaluate emerging platforms and channels to lead growth initiatives

Your Background & Values

  • 6+ years of related digital marketing experience in a B2C (consumer-facing) context
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels
  • Experience with press and affiliate relationships
  • Experience driving campaigns and optimizations across campaign structures, channels, and content types
  • Demonstrated passion for solving consumer problems
  • An ability to think outside of well-trodden pathways and adapt quickly
  • Independent problem solver that actively identifies areas of opportunity
  • Desire to join a fast-moving, early-stage, mission-driven company
