Senior Analyst, Product Deployment

The Position

We leverage diverse datasets and collection techniques to proactively illuminate supply chains and identify areas of risks for our clients. Our unique outside-in approach depends on continuous innovation in building, developing, and exploiting a vast data ecosystem. Our Product Deployment team is looking for a new member to advance the state of the art in our field. The Senior Analyst, Product Deployment serves as a lead for custom data-driven solutions provided for our government clients. This position reports to the Product Deployment Manager and works with a team to provide high-level data analysis and data-driven reporting products.
Key Responsibilities: - Take a leading role in product deployment efforts including supplier illumination and system-supplier mapping.
- Partner with clients to collect program-specific requirements and develop solutions with the Risk Operations Team.
- Perform research and analysis on defense, space, and adjacent markets, supply chains, and vendors.
- Support the Client Success team by providing product expertise, demos, and background research on potential new clients as well as contribute to inside sales efforts.
- Contribute to the development of the Product Deployment organization, including strategy development, alignment of value streams with other teams, and standardizing business processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications - Data Analysis and detailed Python experience.
- Strong SQL experience with knowledge in connecting to data sources and mapping to new sources.
- Strong understanding in issues at the intersection of national security, business, and technology with specific emphasis on space and defense industrial issues.
- An analytical mind and ability to contribute to solving complex technical challenges under the guidance of experienced developers.
- Self-starter with the ability to independently develop solutions to unstructured client problems.
- Research skills with experience conducting and presenting structured analysis using various methods with an emphasis on data science
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel and a desire to learn more advanced technical skills, including programming and data science.
- Experience in data science (particularly in querying large data sets and transcribing Willingness to serve in various ad hoc roles, including contributing to proposal efforts and lead product demos. - US Citizen.
Preferred Skills: - Background in management consulting, defense contracting, or supply chain management.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in business development within the aerospace and defense industry, especially in providing product demos.
- DoD Security clearance or eligible to gain a DoD Security Clearance.
