Are you passionate about helping to solve the critical cybersecurity challenges that enterprises are facing today? If so, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capture Manager to join our dynamic Sales Team withing the Public Sector Internal Defense Business Unit. The Capture Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying, pursuing, and capturing business within the Defense Industrial Base (DIB), State, local, tribal, and education.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand market segments, target customer base and target industry verticals
  • Develop and execute comprehensive capture strategies to secure win business in the Public Sector, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage and track progress against the go to market campaigns we have for the Defense Industrial Base (DIB), State, local, tribal, and education
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, challenges, and priorities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the capture process, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including proposal development, project management, and technical experts, to ensure the successful execution of capture strategies.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and position the organization favorably in the government procurement landscape.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with the capture process, developing contingency plans as needed.
Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver client-focused solutions based on understanding customer needs and requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, advanced degree a plus
  • Basic understanding of business principles, strategic planning, and stakeholder management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Tool Suite and Salesforce
  • Excellent research, analytical and data interpretation skills to derive actionable insights
  • Experience with revenue operations a plus
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
