As a Performance Manager, your mission is to lead and optimize the multi-channel strategy for brand awareness and lead generation through paid media. You will manage channel measurement, campaign execution, and budget alignment across social platforms and Google Ads, ensuring SEO/SEM best practices. Collaborating with Creative, PPC, analytics, SEO, social, and web development teams, you will develop creative testing roadmaps and deliver performance insights. You will provide strategic recommendations based on campaign performance, manage day-to-day team activities, and interact with growth support and sales teams to achieve investment, conversion rate, and GMV goals.

What you will do:

  • Develop and support end-to-end multi-channel strategies to align with brand and original content goals and initiatives (Lead-Gen in Paid Media: Performance & Awareness).
  • Own your channel measurement; tracking, monitoring, conducting brand lift studies, and optimizing performance against metrics.
  • Coordinate with Creative, PPC, analytics, SEO, social, and web development teams.
  • Develop a creative testing roadmap and participate in creative briefings and performance readouts.
  • Clearly communicate campaign changes and performance to the Account Management team and other strategic partners.
  • Set up, optimize, and execute paid media campaigns using social platforms and Google Ads.
  • Write and review copy for paid ad campaigns informed by SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Monitor daily advertising spend per channel to align with the company's monthly budget.
  • Report on campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Build projections and forecasting calculations to align with the company’s incremental growth.
  • Manage day-to-day team activities, including project management, task prioritization, and the adoption of campaign best practices and tools.
  • Interact constantly with the growth support and sales teams to achieve investment, conversion rate, and GMV goals.

To develop the role, you will need:

  • Professional qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields. Certifications in META and Google are desirable.
  • 5 years of experience implementing campaigns with proven results for recognized brands.
  • Deep knowledge of implementation platforms, SEO, and SEM.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to measure and analyze campaign performance, track metrics, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in setting up, optimizing, and executing paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media, along with a solid understanding of SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Project Management: Strong skills in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring efficient team collaboration.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to clearly convey campaign changes, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to internal teams and strategic partners.
