About the Role
We're looking for a Retention Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in executing promotions—including ideation, delivery, communications, fulfillment, and reporting. You'll be hands-on in building, segmenting, and launching promotions and communications via email, in-app notifications, and push notifications. You'll manage day-to-day campaign operations including building emails, proofreading, testing, tracking performance, and reporting insights to Retention and Marketing leadership.
This is an onsite role in our Miami HQ. You must be based in this area or willing to relocate to be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up promotions and deliver them to the correct user segments at the optimal times.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all promotions and bonuses are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Maintain and regularly update the Daily Promotions Calendar to ensure visibility across all verticals and segments.
- Serve as the go-to liaison for the Customer Ops Team, helping address user queries related to promotions.
- Create, segment, proofread, and launch CRM campaigns (primarily email, push, and in-app notifications).
- Write marketing copy for CRM campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Design Team to ensure promotions are accompanied with visually engaging and brand-compliant graphics.
- Run A/B or multivariant tests to optimize Promotions and CRM campaigns.
- Track and analyze Promotions and CRM campaign performance to guide future improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, or related field—or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of experience with email marketing.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Willingness to work weekend mornings during peak seasons.
- Strong communication, proofreading, organizational skills, and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- High energy and eagerness to take on new challenges.
Bonus Points:
- Passion for or knowledge of the sports and gaming industries.
- Experience with Braze and Power BI.
- Graphic design skills or experience.
