We are expanding our Global Software Engineering presence in India. We are looking for a Principal SDET to join our team in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and delivery for multiple products.
- Spearhead efforts to reduce automation tech debt and drive continuous improvement initiatives for test automation coverage.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategies to enhance automation efficiency and quality.
- Conduct performance and scalability tests for existing and new systems within the CI/CD framework.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive automation test documentation, reports, and dashboards to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues related to automation, pipelines, and infrastructure.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in CI/CD, test automation tools, and cloud technologies to introduce innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation.
- Proven expertise in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, with experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
- Strong proficiency in automation frameworks and scripting languages such as Python, Golang, or similar.
- Solid understanding of performance testing tools and techniques, with a focus on automation within pipelines.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with leadership to drive automation strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation in test automation.

Your total compensation package will be based on job-related knowledge, education, certifications and location, per our aligned ranges.
