Job Title: VP of Demand Generation and Growth Marketing

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be a crucial member of the Marketing Leadership Team and a key contributor to the Marketing organization and the company overall. This highly visible role will interact with Aviatrix leadership, including the broader Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This opportunity is ideal for a leader with a passion for driving growth and achieving improvements that drive efficiency and measurable outcomes. In this role, you will:

· Own all aspects of demand generation and growth, including marketing programs, field marketing, regional marketing, web, and digital marketing.

· Partner with Sales, Finance, and Marketing executives and leaders to drive pipeline creation, acceleration, and ARR goals, with a specific focus on Account-Based go-to-market strategies.

· Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to drive SaaS go-to-market strategies.

· Manage the marketing budget, measuring and optimizing marketing programs to ensure activities are effective, efficient, and demonstrate ROI.

· Be data-driven; work with marketing, sales, and business operations to measure, evaluate, and improve marketing strategies, identify market segments, and target roles that will have the highest yield.

· Work together with the CMO to build an outstanding culture and recruit and mentor a world-class marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have:

· A proven history of building and leading global demand generation teams in a hypergrowth environment.

· Experience launching and successfully running demand generation marketing programs in a B2B SaaS environment with an end-to-end Account-Based approach.

· Proven expertise in both online and in-person growth strategies.

· Strong analytical and quantitative skills to track campaigns, scale success, and make necessary changes; experience with budgeting, media planning, sponsorships, and SEO/SEM.

· The ability to interact and influence effectively with C-level executives and collaborate with key business partners, such as sales.

· Experience working with a modern MarTech stack, including software such as Marketo, AI tools, Gong, chat, and others.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· A demonstrated passion for pushing the innovation envelope in marketing.

US Pay Range

The US annual base salary range for this full-time position is $275,000 - $352,000 + benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education. [Certain roles are eligible to earn sales commission, depending on the terms of the applicable plan.] The range displayed is the minimum and maximum target base salary and is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US. US: We cover 100% of employee premiums and 88% of dependent(s) premiums for medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) match, short and long-term disability, life/AD&D insurance, $1,000/year education reimbursement, and a flexible vacation policy.

Outside the US: We offer a comprehensive benefits package which, (subect to regional variations) could include pension, private medical for you and dependents, generous holiday allowance, life assurance, long-term disability, annual wellbeing stipend

Your total compensation package will be based on job-related knowledge, education, certifications and location, per our aligned ranges.
