Marketing Operations Specialist

Description

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Operations Specialist to help manage and grow our global marketing initiatives to support sales and marketing objectives. You will participate in all aspects of automation and operations including email marketing, marketing campaigns, lead scoring, lead nurturing, sourcing & attribution, reporting and integration with the CRM as well the MarTech stack. You should be an operations professional, able to leverage AI and collaboration, marketing and sales tools and well-versed in digital marketing and funnel best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage all Marketo templates, assets, libraries, smart lists, flows, and forms.
  • Create and manage registration pages, forms, and triggered emails and ensure proper 3rd party tool integration with Marketo.
  • Support the management of the contact database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Enable segmentation of the database for personalization and targeted list creation & nurturing.
  • Continuously optimize email templates, landing pages, and forms.
  • Document existing processes and create new processes where required.
  • Support our certification program and other tools and processes as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of marketing operations experience
  • Marketo marketing automation platform experience as an administrator, current Marketo Certified Expert certification is required
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and experience successfully collaborating with sales & sales operations
  • Successful track record of creating, executing, and measuring campaigns within Marketo, including database management, smart-list development, setup, testing, launching of campaigns and programs, and reporting on campaign analytics
  • Demonstrated proficiency in creating webinar registration pages, forms, and triggered emails, and integrating with larger campaign flow in Marketo. Experience using ON24 (or any major webinar platform) to plan and measure webinars is required
  • Comfortable with HTML and CSS to edit/create email and landing page templates
  • Comfortable creating process flows and documenting processes
  • Experience with or curiosity and desire to learn AI/ML/Collaboration tools to increase marketing efficiency and improve the customer experience
  • Account-based Marketing (ABM/ABX) experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience


Nice to Have

  • Recent experience leveraging collaboration tools like Coda/Airtable and AI/prompt engineering tools like Copy.ai/Jasper
  • Experience with Hushly, Asana, Coda, Copy.ai, LeanData, Salesloft, Skilljar/LMS tools, personalization and other marketing tools
  • Exposure to advanced reporting tools such as Omni, rampmetrics, Bizible

  • The US salary range for this Marketing Operations Specialist position is $95,000 - $120,000 + benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education. The range displayed is the minimum and maximum target base salary and is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US.
