Overview

We’re looking for a high-energy, curious, and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our rapidly growing Go-To-Market team. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our prospects and play a critical role in driving pipeline growth. You’ll partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product to identify high-value opportunities and set the foundation for meaningful customer relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves technology, and is eager to grow their career in SaaS sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect into target accounts using a combination of email, phone, LinkedIn, and creative outbound campaigns

  • Qualify inbound interest and engage with decision-makers to understand business needs

  • Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives, helping build a robust pipeline

  • Collaborate with Marketing to convert campaigns into pipeline and provide feedback on messaging

  • Maintain clean records and notes in our CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce)

  • Contribute to building scalable outbound systems and improve our sales playbooks

What We’re Looking For

  • Have 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or outbound prospecting (bonus if it’s in SaaS or AI/ML)

  • Are highly organized, metrics-driven, and relentless in pursuit of goals

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Thrive in ambiguity and are excited about being part of a fast-paced, early-stage startup

  • Are intellectually curious and excited to understand and explain technical products

Bonus Points For:

  • Familiarity with AI, LLMs, or automation tools in B2B settings

  • Experience selling into revenue teams (sales, CS, marketing) or vertical SaaS industries

  • Exposure to modern outbound tools like Apollo, Outreach, or Clay
