Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented People and Operations Coordinator to contribute significantly to Atomic AI's innovative culture while ensuring our office runs smoothly. This role combines administrative, operational, and HR responsibilities to support our team's growth and create a positive employee experience. We're looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and efficiency while managing the operational needs of our expanding company.

Responsibilities

  • People Operations:
    • Assist with recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and managing applicant tracking systems.
    • Provide administrative support for HR functions, such as maintaining employee records, planning team activities, employee milestones, and company-wide events.
    • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment and account setup.
  • Office and Business Operations:
    • Manage office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, vendor coordination, and office supplies inventory.
    • Ordering and stocking IT supplies, setting up and maintaining wifi support, and owning account permissioning.
    • Assist with ad hoc projects and data management as needed.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Manage relationships with office vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or operations role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, eg. Greenhouse
  • Experience with calendar management

Salary Range: $65,000 to $80,000/year + equity + benefits
