From “chat over your data” to multi-modal, reasoning applications – Arcus scales to the complexity of any intelligent AI application. Arcus manages the data workflows needed to make large-scale, complex data useful for LLMs – from ingesting and indexing the data to providing retrieval and evaluation capabilities – Arcus supports even the most complex AI applications.

We’re extremely well-funded and backed by top tier VCs and angel investors who share our mission and we’re based out of our Flatiron office in NYC.

What You'll Do

As a Business Operations Intern at Arcus, you’ll work closely with our founding team to accelerate the operational, marketing, and general growth efforts of the company. This role will involve wearing multiple hats across the company in order to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies focused on AI, manage high-quality technical marketing content, and support growth initiatives including talent acquisition and company branding. This is a full-time commitment during the summer and/or part-time position during the school year, based out of our Flatiron office.

The ideal candidate is highly passionate about the AI space, has a strong “do-er” attitude, and is excited to be in the trenches of a fast-paced, startup environment.

‍Key Responsibilities

• Define, execute, and own social media strategies centered around the AI space, our product, and company culture. We’re mainly on LinkedIn and Twitter but are open to expanding platforms and to other marketing mediums.
• Write high-quality technical marketing materials targeting some of the most complex businesses at the forefront of the AI space.
• Support the founding team with other growth efforts including sourcing top-notch talent, managing our recruiting processes, company branding + messaging, to name a few.
• Work in-person in our office in Flatiron full time during the summer and/or 15-20 hours during the school year.

• You have a “do-er” mentality and are highly organized, driven, detail oriented, and excited about being a part of an early stage startup.
