Anduril is seeking a Senior System Administrator to directly support our most sensitive programs. You will be a part of the team building and maintaining the critical classified infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the world’s best engineers and cybersecurity professionals as you help to implement cutting edge systems. You will work directly to support systems deployed across the globe in support of national security missions.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows workstations, Windows and Linux servers
  • Directly assist with installation and setup of system of systems hardware from bare metal to platform base operating system
  • Manage and monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions proactively
  • Ensure the security and integrity of server infrastructure through regular audits and proactive measures
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to design and implement system upgrades, patches, and migrations
  • Develop and implement automation scripts using Python and Ansible
  • Collaborate with System Engineers in the uploading of container images into the deployment pipeline
  • Support monitoring of pods deployed in a Kubernetes environment
  • Provides technical guidance and mentoring of team members


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Classified IT enterprise systems and solutions at manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense industry preferred).
  • Proven expertise in one or more of the following, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows (10, 11, Server 2019, 2022), VMware (VxRail), Azure or AWS cloud services
  • Experience performing Database Cloning, Backups, Restoring, Recovery, and Monitoring
  • Experience implementing role-based access control concepts (e. g. SE Linux extensions to RHEL, PitBull, AppArmor, and Sentris)
  • Programming ability in one or more of the general scripting languages (Python, Go, Bash, Rust, etc)
  • Experience in DevOps or SRE type roles
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance.
US Salary Range
$150,000$225,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in all offers; and are considered part of Anduril’s total compensation package.
