Air Dominance and Strike is one of Anduril’s fastest growing divisions. Our goal is to fundamentally reshape the way future peer to peer conflicts are fought by developing next generation collaborative combat aircraft, missiles, and the software that powers these autonomous weapons.

The AD&S Product Team shepherds AD&S’ most critical engineering initiatives from research and conception through to a deployable capability. As a Product Manager for AD&S, you will establish the vision and roadmap required to drive engineering velocity and deliver timely and impactful outcomes into our programs and customers.


  • Establish a well-rationed product roadmap, that balances product goals with engineering realities and growth priorities.
  • Embrace opportunities to focus on the product story tailoring the narrative according to the audience and the outcome you are looking to achieve.
  • Represent a voice of the customer that is grounded in user research.
  • Partner deeply with each team/function to work through the business and technical obstacles required to deliver your product vision.
  • Lead implicitly in a way that fosters ownership amongst the people, teams, and functions involved to create solutions that resonate with our customer.
  • Support delivery and implementation with the research, evidence, narrative, and any other relevant context that enables engineering, design, test and other functions to design and develop solutions deeply aligned to our customer and business needs.
  • Over-communicate and ensure a shared understanding of the customer, vision, and strategy across the whole team/organization.
  • Demonstrate mastery of your product management “toolkit” knowing how to effectively demonstrate competency in user research, product artifact creation, engineering, design, program management, business, etc.

You are inherently organized, reliable, and know how to set the bar for engineering. You are effective at harnessing your product “toolkit” to provide the research, evidence. narrative, and context necessary to drive the velocity of decision making across all of Anduril’s functions.


  • 7+ years of experience owning a Product roadmap and vision.
  • Must be able to possess and maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance


  • Prior Product Management experience for robotics systems and/or air defense.
  • Desired location is Anduril HQ in Costa Mesa, CA, although alternate offices will be considered for a exceptional candidates who are willing to travel as needed to complete work (anticipate 50-80%). Relocation assistance is available.

Anduril has been selected as one of two vendors to move forward on the Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) program for the Air Force's flagship autonomous aircraft program. During the next phase, Anduril will design, manufacture, and test production-representative CCAs. US Salary Range - USD $192,500 - $273,000+ and RSU's

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
