Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (ARMS) is seeking a Director of Safety, Energetic Materials to lead operational safety for its rocket motor research, development, and manufacturing operations. ARMS designs, tests, and manufactures solid rocket motors for various launch systems, including missiles, and commercial space platforms. The company is focused on implementing innovations to increase performance and reduce the cost of solid rocket motors.

As the Director of Safety, Energetic Materials, you will be responsible for the safety of all personnel who work with energetic materials and for company compliance with applicable safety regulations. The right person for this role will have a proven track record of effective leadership, extensive experience with the manufacturing of energetic materials, and a depth of knowledge of compliance requirements related to DoD 4145.26 and other applicable regulations.
