Overview

We’re looking for an AI Automation Specialist to help streamline internal workflows across sales and customer support functions. This role focuses on applying automation and AI tools to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and support day-to-day operations.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into practical, automated solutions. The right person has a builder's mindset, speaks both "business" and "technical", and stays ahead of the AI curve by learning continuously and sharing what they discover with the team.

What you'll do

• Partner with Sales & Marketing teams to map existing workflows, identify pain points, and design automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve speed.

• Build, configure, and maintain automated workflows using tools like n8n, Salesforce, and AI-powered integrations — handling API connections, data mapping, and error handling end-to-end.

• Translate business requirements into practical automation specs, bridging the gap between what stakeholders need and what's technically feasible.

• Maintain and iterate on live automations — monitoring performance, debugging issues, and improving reliability over time.

• Proactively research emerging AI tools and capabilities, evaluate their relevance to our operations, and share learnings with the broader team.

• Document workflows, integration logic, and automation playbooks to ensure knowledge is shared and systems are maintainable.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to scope new automation projects and prioritize based on business impact.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year in a similar role — automation specialist, RevOps, sales ops, or a generalist role with a heavy automation component.

• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n)

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g.,HubSpot, Salesforce), Data Enrichment tools (eg., Preqin, ZoomInfo, RocketReach, Linkedin Sales Navigator, etc.) and how they support business processes - setting up workflows, managing data, and integrating with external tools.

• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows—willing to dive into documentation and learn by doing.

• Strong business acumen — able to understand the "why" behind a request and translate it into a well-scoped solution.
