We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team to hire the best talent and contribute to creating a transformative candidate experience. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent. What you will contribute

  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
  • Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals
  • Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants
  • Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
  • Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers
  • Continuously partner with the Head of Global Talent and other leaders across Altos to design and implement innovative recruiting strategies
    • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects
  • Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to identify talent, post open positions, and support our Talent Acquisition social media campaigns
  • Screen resumes and prospects, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process to offer
  • Generate recruiting metrics to help drive operational excellence
    • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
    • Develop and launch job postings on social media platforms and job boards

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience as a recruiter in Biotech / Pharma
  • Experience working with leaders within to develop targeted recruiting strategies for science and non-science roles
  • Creative and Innovative thinker
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, results-oriented, and decision-making skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite
  • Advanced knowledge of online job boards, HR software, databases, data management systems, and dynamic signal
  • Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
  • Proficiency with generating analytics and social media recruiting campaigns
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source and manage candidate pipelines
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends

Work Location: SF Bay Area
Salary : $80.00 - $95.00 an hour
