About the Role:
We are seeking a versatile and driven Business Operations Specialist to join our fast-growing, fully remote team. In this role, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff to scale our customer onboarding operation.
As a Business Operations Specialist, you will tackle a wide range of complex challenges, ensuring new customers have a smooth and successful launch when they switch from their legacy platform to Aktos. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious generalist to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What You'll Do:
This is a hands-on role where you'll have the flexibility to shape your role as you scale our customer onboarding and support capabilities. You will:
- Learn the ins and outs of our product and customer needs, codifying issues for Engineering and Product prioritization
- Build an MVP for customer support issue tracking and resolution
- Lead new customers through software configuration and setup
- Identify repeatable onboarding processes and develop artifacts (SOPs, checklists, project trackers, data audit frameworks) to increase speed and quality
- Create customer-oriented training materials based on common questions and pain points
- Build out a repeatable and scalable customer onboarding process with our Chief of Staff and CEO
What We're Looking For:
- 0-2 years of experience in roles across business operations, customer service, product operations, or related fields
- Equally adept at building consensus among diverse stakeholders and creating detailed, complex processes / workflows
- Passionate about solving varied, complex problems, starting with defining and quantifying the issue before rushing to solutions
- Ability to put structure to ambiguity and prioritize ruthlessly
- Proactive communicator who shares findings, learnings, roadblocks, and prioritization decisions
- Self-starter who knows when to run with something and when to ask for help
- Naturally intrigued by complex, regulated, financial industries like debt collection
