Brief of the Role

We are looking for an experienced team leader to lead and grow our Partnership Management team. In this role, you will ultimately be responsible for leading our team of Partnership Managers and supporting them as they ensure the success of our partners, North America’s most innovative ag retailers. You will oversee partner relationships, drive account expansion, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. This position plays a critical role in aligning our growth objectives with partner success, retention, and satisfaction.

While we feel strongly about periodically being in person together, we operate a distributed-first team model. We are looking for the best regardless of where you live.

Your Background

​You must have at least 10 years of experience in account management, customer success or sales within a SaaS or technology-driven organization, preferably serving large ag retailers, chemical manufacturers or distributors. You’re an experienced people leader with 3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams. You have strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. You’re an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of driving customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.

      Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and driving improvements in product and service offerings.

      Design and refine account management processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

    • Data-Driven Decisions
      Analyze account metrics and provide insights to the executive team to inform strategic decisions.
